Life happens to all of us, and at some point in life, you may experience a major loss that you are not quite equipped to deal with on your own. Grieving is a natural response to loss and psychotherapy cannot take away the pain and sadness. However, if you feel too overwhelmed or stuck in grief that you’re not able to function properly, I can help you cope with your grief.
